This is a combination music video and a short gangster film, complete with kidnapping and torture in pursuit of money. It's got a revenge plot from the playbook of the HBO hit, The Sopranos. It was directed by Rihanna and Megaforce.
The rumor is that at one point, in real life, one of Rihanna's previous business managers failed to live up to his obligations to protect her interests. This video is her reminder to all future business managers to do no wrong.
